Minister Ó Cuív welcomes new bus service for Cárna, Co. Galway

Minister Éamon Ó Cuív welcomes the commencement on the 31st May 2010, of a new bus service from Carna to Galway in the morning, leaving Carna at 7.30 a.m. and arriving in Galway at 9.25 a.m. and travelling via Casla, Indreabhán, An Spidéal etc. to Galway and returning and leaving Galway at 5.00 p.m. to Carna. Minister Ó Cuív particularly welcomed the new fare structure that is a considerable reduction on the existing fare.
With this new bus service suitable to commuters, Minister Ó Cuív now encourages people to consider using the bus as an alternative to travelling by car and believes that it will provide a very viable and cheap alternative to commuters and people going to Galway for business, hospital appointments etc.
